The room had a horrible odor the first night. However, I was re-assigned another room the next day upon request. Initially, I was told that I had to wait and see if the room change was possible? In the mean time, I couldn't bare being inside the room so I left until the issue was resolved.

They charge you a $50 resort fee. Anyone who thinks this is a resort is totally misguided. Not a resort. Not a great hotel. Cheap place to stay when working in the Dallas/ Plano / Richardson area. The resort fee is just a way to rip off customers

The $50 resort fee. These fees should be included in the price. Its deceptive marketing. You see cheap hotel- then get gigged with a silly resort fee.
