Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Mandatory Fee Policy

This hotel charges an additional USD 15.76. This fee will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Resort fees are not optional and typically cover items such as energy charges or safe fees. The amount of the charge is subject to change.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Please inform Staybridge Suites Plano - Richardson Area, an IHG Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. A complimentary limited dinner and beverage service is served Wednesday and Thursday evenings 5:30 pm -7:30 pm.
