Work related trip - clean, comfortable, conveniently located and safe.

Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Liz and Terry are amazing. All of them really are.

The website showed 2 pools. The one they had was nasty as was the hot tub. Towels were difficult to get. No elevator so if you have a lot of stuff be prepared to climb the stairs with it all.

Positives:
This was an unplanned stay due to major car trouble. We had not made a reservation but I was able to get a room at the last minute. The hotel staff were the loveliest, friendliest, most competent hosts of anywhere I've ever stayed. The room was immaculate, with great bed and bath linens. Wi-fi was a breeze and they checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything.
Negatives:
Our room was directly in front of the beautiful pool, which I loved as I am an avid swimmer. I was disappointed to learn that access was locked and I couldn't go for a dip. I should have asked someone for access but I didn't.
