Positives: The staff was very accomodating and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.
Negatives: We switched rooms twice. 1st room: the bed was wet before we arrived. 2nd room: there was no towels, no pillows, no blanket, there was dirt and hair all over the bed, and there was a broken cabinet door laying on the floor. all rooms had a musty stench.

Positives: The A/C went out about 4am. Called the front desk to report it. Within 5 minutes, front desk was there with a key for a room down the hall. Quick thinking and quick service. Thank you.

Positives: The Holiday Inn brand, which didn't stand up my expectations.
Negatives: When I stay for two nights I expect room service to service my room! At least pick up my dirty towels and replenish the coffee and shampoo.
