Positive thing about the hotel was the bed was comfortable.

It was loud due to us being on the first floor near housekeeping. The door was not fully sealed and the walls are very thin. The noise woke me up several times Breakfast was very disappointing when we arrived at 8:30 there was no eggs and we repeatedly asked for more food and they told us 10 mins and after 30 mins I left without eating breakfast. They did not seem to care about the people or their own hotel. The pool area was messy. The bbq Pitt was corroded and rusted and the furniture outside was destroyed and the lifesavers were torn up and floating around in the pool. I can say that the pool area was not maintained properly. This hotel needs work on their customer service and staff and most of all the facility.

Filthy room, no towels and wouldn't deliver any to room, no remote for tv and then only allowed 1 and had to go to front desk to get it. Had 2 tv's in the suite. Couch was covered in stains. Would never stay there again and hate that I wasted my money staying this time. Really makes me reconsider my Windam reward membership.

The only suggestion i have is to not put people with pets where there is a lot of foot traffic.. Dogs have very good ears and do tend to bark more when they hear people we were by the housekeeping door.
