Our room was across from where they prepared breakfast. They woke us up at 0520 talking loudly and clanging pans. I was not happy.

The plug by the bed was controlled by the light switch at the door. If the lamp by the plug was turned off, the plug would work but the bright light by the entrance to the room could not be turned off. If you have a CPAP machine that plug would be needed.

Toilet flooded while there. No one came to fix. Had to ask for plunger and fix myself. Management did not offer anything. 2 room that I reserved the A/ c did not work right and we were not offered another room.
