Room was unclean. Debris on the bathroom floor, trash cans not emptied. Shower struggled to hold pressure. Bath fan would not shut off and ran continuously. Air conditioner was malfunctioning and make a loud clicking noise when the fan would run.

Pro: Situated right on I-35, easy off/on. Con: you hear every bit of that traffic if you choose a king size room as we did. Pro: Staff moved us to another room without any problem. Con: it was a queen room and we lost the walk-in shower

Con: Maids only come if you request something. Pro: Maids come if you request something. Con: Maids ONLY do what you ask (i.e. deliver fresh towels) and NOTHING else (i.e. like take soiled towels away). Con: Aren't we paying for daily maid service???

I didnt stay for breakfast but it was offered. My stay was very nice the room was great. I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and my tiny fur baby love the stay as well. Thank you so much!!!
Negatives:
The only thing I didnt like was the stain in the bath tub so I just showered with my shower shoes like I do when I travel anywhere. It was not a deal breaker because it was probably normal. The stay was very good!!!
