Customer service was bad. The front desk lady was very rude. Only reason we ended up staying after all the hassle it was to check in is because it was late and our kids were tired and fussy.

The room was great once we got settled and close to the festival we were there to go to.
Negatives:
We booked the room but were unable to get there the first night, so we called and informed them so they could hold our room. We called again when we were going to be later and informed them again. Once we finally got there, they had given our room away even after we paid for it and told them. One of the clerks seemed annoyed, but the other one was able to get into another room finally. So we did appreciate that.
