Twice we noticed an ant crawling on us…my husband while sitting in the chair in the lobby eating breakfast & me sitting in the chair in the room by the window. Yes, I reported this to the desk clerk as I was checking out, in case anyone else reported it as well.

Easy access on & off interstate. Access to room with a digital key & ability to choose room when I booked it.

The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work even after trying to reset it. The refrigerator didn’t work either. The breakfast was ok. The potatoes were gone & so was the sausage. The sausage was replaced before we left but not the potatoes.

I did not like that the room was warm and muggy. We couldn’t set the a/c under 68 and it only cooled off for a short time. The room didn’t just get cool and stay cool. Also the beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. They have a good breakfast. We hotel in lots of chains and have seen it all, but this hotel had something for everyone: Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, waffles, oatmeal with toppings, fresh cut fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal, breads, juice, milk, coffee, tea. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Hubby didn't like the water pressure in the bathroom sink when he was shaving, but that's an easy work around with the tub faucet.

Breakfast was ok the late shift front desk guy was really nice.
Negatives:
The bathtub water ran nonstop in the off position and made noise. The light fixture at the door didn’t completely turn off in the off position. It was like the lite was dimmed all the way down. So at night that was annoying. Cleaning person tried to come in around 6:30am on a Saturday. No my do not disturb sign was not out, but why are they there so early.
