We didn’t even stay, I spent $350 and when we got there it looked like people were living there and it was no nasty, I saw a prostitute walking out from the room across from ours and I didn’t even go in the room, we turned around and my son said I don’t want to stay here it’s so gross. We went back down and told the guy, behind the plexiglass, which says something it’s self that we were leaving and asked for my photo id that he copied and said they keep for a year incase the government comes and asks for pictures of the people that stay there, super weird! And we left! I would love to be refunded the $350 that I paid for NOT staying there!

Positives:
I had originally booked another hotel and had to leave after the first night. It was horrible. Walking in to this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The bed was so comfy, the abundance of fluffy pillows was joyous. The staff was courteous, the breakfast was good. It was as a hotel should be.
Negatives:
The only complaint I can come up with is we had to wait 20 minutes for coffee one day. And in my room I only had 3 packets of decaf, no regular or I could have just made it there. One night I made a cup of decaf and the old coffee from a previous guest was still in the pot. Gross. Even worse was a tea bag that had been lying there so long it was covered in mold and mildew. I don’t think that area of the room is checked often. Some of the packets of sugar and creamer had been opened and just left .

There wasn’t enough breakfast. My husband got there at 8:30 and everything was gone. The lady checking us out was nice.
Negatives:
The room was filthy. The floors were stained and there were food crumbs in the carpet. The bathroom was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned. The nightstands were sticky. The bed was horrible. My husband and I didn’t sleep at all. Not enough breakfast for all guest.

We booked a King room. We checked in and the guy sent us to a queen room. We came back down to tell him we booked a King and he said well you only paid $94... I said yes but we booked a King he said I don't have any more King rooms. Then he said fine I will give you a suite we went to the second room and the room smelled of wet dog and mold. We went back to inform him that the room was not adequate to stay in and I just asked for a refund he said there's no refund, but he can get us another room. We went to the third room. There were stains on the carpet and the shower was dirty. At this point we just stayed because we were tired. I will Not go back to that place again! The whole place is dirty!! The breakfast was inedible as well. The gravy tasted like it was a week old and the biscuits were hard as well. Nothing is good about this place!
