Negatives: Accused of smoking and never had a cigarette or NY sort.dont even smoke. I feel so used. I paid to rooms that day and was told if I didn't have 150 I had to leave. So we left...the big black guy also lied about what happened and what his envolment....still no refund but instages of charges pressed on him and owner f9r wrongful and false accusations sense refund wasn't issued or an apology. ..

Negatives: The staff got me for trust passing when I asked why was I being charged extra. He charged me twice. Online and 20$ at hotel. I was in town 2 days to work. And I went to jail and now got to file court papers to take them to court. Alot is going on at that hotel. To many arrest being made there on false accusations. I am hoping they dismiss the charge. But I payed to bail out 500. So yeah. I am never going to work in that town again.

Negatives: The room smelled like smoke, towels were torn and smelled dirty, no hot water, no hair dryer, no breakfast as stated during the online agreement. When I spoke to customer service at Libby about my concerns the lady upfront looked at me and stated” it was out of her control!”. She should have moved us to a room where there was hot water were my thoughts! I’m an older lady who came to visit family and expected so much more during my stay. When I asked about continental breakfast, she stated they couldn’t serve breakfast due to a permit issue. The restroom had mold stains in restroom wall. I also shared this w lady at lobby. That shouldn’t be posted online if that was the cause. Totally disappointed. I should get a complete refund for this stay.
