Positives:
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was close enough to where we wanted to be. The parking was ok, had no problems there. The room had what we wanted and expected for a motel room.
Negatives:
The elevator starting off didn't look sanitized and cleaned well, there looked to be something spilled and wasn't cleaned up for guests. The room we were put in wasn't fully cleaned since we found food underneath the bed and sticky and wet substance on the lamps next to the bed. Also the backdoor entrance was not closing and locking for the guest (looked like the locking part of the door was busted) so anyone could come in at anytime without the keycard, which to me is a security issue. This felt like a rundown motel which for the price, wasn't worth it at all. We will avoid all Red Roof Inn motels going forward since this definitely wasn't a great experience for cost and safety for the guests.
