Friendly desk clerk. Clean sheets in both rooms. Good bath facilities, except for no hot/warm water. Second room had comfortable bed and quiet ac.
Negatives:
Smell in hall was horrendous, either pet smells or urine smells. The room had inconveniences, such as the bedside table on one side of the bed didn't have a long enough cord to reach outlet so no lamplight on that side. No hot/warm water at all, so we were given a different room. Still no hot water. Clerk said that the boiler would be reset, but no warmish water until morning. Highway noises made for difficult sleeping.

Nothing .. Booking. Com messed up our reservations and booked the wrong date and now I can't get my money back. Ruined my whole weekend plans. Don't use this website.

Nothing a condom was on the bed under the sheets had towels with a bug in it towels were dirty mirror and sink area was dirty i didnt stay i was highly upset and left and asked for refund they said the owner will contact me and never did.
