Positives: what's sad is i like the actual hotel and location. wasn't my first time there. But do better with customer service please.
Negatives: Needed to cancel one of the nights because my sons fri night game got cancelled. I called them 3 times on thurs.. -'s once one friday. I talked to 3 different people on the phone. and 2 in person when i got there sat. all said would waive the cancellation fee for that night. Sent a cancel request from your app. NO ONE knew how to log in and accept it. One replied to your email and said yes cancel it no charge. but never actually logged in and completed the steps needed. they even manually changed my check in date for that one night. So they said they would take care of it no prob. Well they didn't. If they said they couldn't figure out what to do in the first place and i was going to end up paying for 2 nights i would have came in town and stayed that night!! Now i've been double charged because no one in that building knows what to do when a third party sends a waive fee request. Now you. booking.com will keep my money?!? because my reservation was re done to just aug 16. so they don't get the money. i don't get it waived. I will never use booking.com or stay at that hotel again. And Hilton is going to receive an email. don't tell me you will take care of if something that i won't be charged so i don't go that night.. and then when comes down to it say well, there is knowing i can do.
