Loved the pool! Check-in staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, our toilet over flowed around midnite. Called down to the front desk, gentleman said the hotel runs on septic and that we should be careful about the toilet paper amount we use, he could send a plunger up. ??? Seriously? He then offered to put us in another room, thankfully.

Facility was very nice and clean.
Negatives:
The front desk staff. The ladies were very snooty and definitely not friendly and accommodating.
We extended our checkout time so the kids could swimthe not so nice ladies put a sign up that the pool wont open till 12. We were checking out by 12, they wouldnt let the kids swim for 30 minutes?? Seriously? These are kids visiting with grandparents.
We saw the pool being cleaned earlier in the morning. The cleaning guy was long gone.
So sad and disappointing for a Holiday Inn.
