Trash cans over filled. Collecting flies so when you go in your room that’s right in front of the trash cans that had trash piled up next to it. Your room has flies in it. I can deal with a few but more than 20 in a small room that is ridiculous. I asked to be moved to another room and the front desk lady looked but said they didn’t have any other rooms. I told okay can you at least come fix the tv remote because it did not work. She said she would after she helped another person. I waited for the lady and finally got sick of this. Went back to the front desk and she was sweeping the floor when I returned. I told her I can’t do this room and I just wanted to check out. I handed her the key cards to her and asked if I needed to sign anything and she said no.

Floors were dirty. Poop on the wall in bath room i have lots of pictures.
was dirty. Sheets were dirty. I had to go to front desk to get cleaning supplies so I could clean it. I should have got my money back because I had to clean it. And tv did not work and then I told the lady at front desk about it she said she would have someone come look at it and no one ever came. And when i told her about how dirty it was she did not offer for some one to come clean it so i asked for cleaning supplies and she gave them to me.The property out side was nasty. If I was not so tired from my long trip there I would have went somewhere else. I stayed 2 days and then I went to another motel

The front desk lady she helped us as much as she could, it wasn't her fault and I could kinda see she really felt bad about what happened and did the best she could.
Negatives:
I didn't end up staying at the hotel sketchy place..Tv screen was shattered, got moved to another room lights were hanging off walls and the lights didn't work.
