It was quiet and the pool and pool area were clean. Also they had smoking

The air conditioner was not on in the room when I entered my room. There was dried crusty stuff on the bed spread. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long while. The room wasn't cleaned very well either. Also my deadbolt did not work.
