The indoor pool was disgusting. The cushions are stained up and mold growing in base of the entire pool building. Hot tub did not work. Restaurant and lounge were close. Which is did not disclose while looking at the hotel website.

The night front desk lady was very rude. We asked for towels twice and she just told us to wait. The room itself was not cleaned well when we asked for it to be cleaned no one came. I had stayed there once before and had a great stay, this time was not good at all.
Negatives:
The room was dirty with food on the walls and stains on the bed. We asked for it to be cleaned and it never was. We asked for towels from the night from desk lady and she was very rude and just told us to wait, so we did and came back while later asking for towels. Again she said just wait.

Children running down the hallway at 1:30 am playing hollering FBI let us in .a shame parents weren’t controlling their children . And keeping them in their room that time of the morning . We were just off the hall beside the front desk .
