Staff was very friendly, room was very good size. Bigger than apartments I've stayed
Been at least a month since grass has been mowed. Dead roach in the room. Smoke detectors missing. Phone didnt work. TV only worked on antennas (about 12 channels). Exhust fan was so loud you couldn't use it. AC in room leaked alot, floor was soaked. Obviously the room and hallways had not been vacuumed in a while
I was charged a $40 pet fee when every other La Quinta does not have hidden fees like this. That is the reason we chose it. Our room was being broken into at nearly 2am and the front desk was no help. We ended up barricading the door with furniture in the room to give our selves peace of mind to try and get at least some rest. We were up all night stressed and with our dog that was going crazy from the noise and chaos. We should be compensated for such an awful and traumatic experience. No one should have to fear for their safety when staying at a hotel.
The beds were very comfortable. I also like that the mirror was inside the bathroom to get myself ready and not wake my husband. I get up before him.
The pillows were in need of being replaced. I wasn’t too crazy about the location.

It smelled like feet in the hall way.
The only good thing about this property was the location.
Wayover priced ! Excessive dog fee; mold on the bathtub; loose plumbing & toilet seat.
Room was not what was shown. Was led to believe that the deluxe queen room had a sofa for our son to sleep on. There was no sofa. Pool has been out of service for months and we were not made aware until we arrived to check in. With a 4 night stay we had no housekeeping the entire time. The a/c did not work properly, and was never inspected after we reported it. The phone didn't work,(it had no cord to plug in to the wall). No coffee in the dining area most of the time. They made coffee once daily at breakfast and when it was gone they made no more. There was no "full breakfast". There was only cereal, 1 or 2 pieces of fruit, and a few very crusty dried out bisquits that seemed like leftovers. This location is right nect to a Krispy Kream, and they couldn't even put some donuts out or something. No functional ice machines on the property. We had to beg daily for towels, toilet paper, etc. The elevator broke down at least twice during our stay. The attitude of all the staff that we spoke to about these things was they couldn't care less. This was our 38'th anniversary and it was pretty much ruined by our accomodations. We will be trying to get a refund or some type of restitution.
Save your money-Dont stay here!
