Positives:
This is a modern no-frills hotel with very nice staff and welcoming shared spaces. The pool and outdoor sitting areas were very nice. Everywhere was mobbed for the eclipse and they handled it very well.
Negatives:
There is real door to the toilet/shower area, only a "barn door"; there is no ventilation provided behind the barn door. The sink area is at the door to the hall. So a shower with air circulation is taken, essentially, just inside the door to the room. The divider between this bathroom set-up and the sleeping area is not a solid wall.

The lobby is shabby. There are many boxes of games on table tops that are empty or missing pieces. Very strange. The hotel room was tired with an odd industrial decor. The wallpaper in the bathroom was of old gas stations. Not comfortable or relaxing.

Very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The floors in our room needed to be swept and mopped. There was a stain on the comforter. No bath towels available when we requested new ones on the 3rd day of our stay.

All in all our stay...
Positives:
We had only hot water in our room, no cold water came out of the faucet.
We were not informed that there would NOT be a daily room service. I just needed to know to ask for coffee refills for the room.
Negatives:
Let us know to ask for coffee refills. It is ok not to have room service every day. Since it is common to have daily room service one assumes that amenities will be replenished. Just let us know they will not and make them available for us to pick them up.
