Was told room was under construction, so why was it rented out? Wires were sticking out of the fire alarms/smoke detectors, not safe, several electrical receptacles did not have required covers on them, we had no service for the television and no phone service! We also requested first floor in advance and were told they had no rooms so we ended up on the third floor, we were very dissatisfied with the service we received and spoke to the front desk about it !
