My stays at the Drury...
Positives:
We were delighted that there was a free dinner for hotel guests! It was so convenient! When Bianca leanred of our early flight the next morning and that we would miss the breakfast, she arranged for someone to bring us muffins and fruit and yogurt so we could eat in the morning as well.
Negatives:
Our room was freezing cold and the thermostat was not very intuitive. It seemed like we could only make it colder, not warmer. We called the front desk and they said they would adjust the temperature from their end and bring us an extra blanket. They did both things and we soon became much more comfortable.

I booked this online for a trip to SAT to see my son graduate from BMT. I was so happy that I made the right choice with my stay at Drury Inn and Suites. It was amazing!! They have popcorn in the lobby in the evenings, a snack buffet like meal in the evenings, a snack area in the lobby with water, snacks, and even ice cream for purchase. Although, I missed the breakfast meals while I was there, I am guessing they were delicious just like the evening snack mini meals were. The room was exceptional and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Clean and very homey. A coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator, safe, and a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. I also had the best sleep I have had when away from home hands down. They also have a shuttle to get to and from the airport that is super clean and fast, especially "Leo". If I ever happen to go back to San Antonio, I am already sure I will stay at this hotel. It was the best experience in a long time and the staff were so nice and helpful. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 20. It was the best stay I have ever had :-)

I liked everything, my husband and I checked in for 1 night and it exceeded my expectation, the price rate of the room was reasonable, room was cleaned and organized the food omg! It was sooo good the grilled chicken, and pasta. Lastly the kickback 3 drinks (complementary drinks) I LIKED IT THE MOST. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Highly Recommended.

Just the fact they don't have laundry bag in the room. Other than that all were great.
