The breakfast buffet was amazing! I have NEVER been to a hotel with such an amazing buffet. It was well stocked well ran the food was very fresh and the variety was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

Only 3 ♿️ parking spots on the whole lot. No valet. No concierge to help disabled people. No menu for room Service in room. Front desk girl fairly rude. No ibuprofen or Tylenol for sale..."all out". Had to turn up TV anytime air conditioning turned on and turn volume down when it shut off! Bed very hard.called front desk for someone to bring g me up a luggage cart. WIted 15 min and called again. She said that she had called to see if someone was available from housekeeping. Finally they left one outside my door. Again...no help with it!!! I thought HILTON Ebassy Suites n sap would be great. I paid extra cuz it was right near the hospital were I needed to visit my son...1st time in 5 years. IT WAS AWFUL!!!! I believe yhe ADA requires more marked parking spots for us disabled spots.
