Positives: We didn't like anything about this place.

Negatives: The breakfast was not a breakfast. You shouldn't advertise it as a breakfast, was just coffee and muffins. The room was too noisy, we couldn't sleep well. It wasn't even 11 o'clock and they were already entering our room (even we told the guy that we were about to leave, he went again a minute after that). We still had 5 minutes left, we were finishing packing. That was unrespectul because they opened the door.
