Close to city and having a shuttle . Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant andrea helpful

Hotel was dated and carpet in hall smelt. Breakfast was OK but shop was quite expensive. The distance from town was a nuisance as shuttle picked up on a 2 hourly basis.

Positives:
It was close and convenient to where we wanted to go. It is a bit away from downtown, away from all the noise, so that is a plus. The rooms are big and the bed is comfy Room for everything. Parking has great space.

The only thing is the walls and doors very thin, you can hear everything such as people passing in hall way and shutting doors and talk of the cleaning staff. I don't think they realize we could hear them

Positives:
Good location, with the Mexican Market Square, Alamo and Riverwalk in walking distance - the free shuttle was also helpful rather than walking in the evening. The reception team, particularly Kayla, were very friendly and helpful. Parking is free, and we were able to leave our car there both before and after our stay (we arrived before lunch one day, and then left after lunch the following day).
Breakfast was OK, although not a huge choice.
The bedroom was a decent size, standard facilities for this type of hotel and clean. AC was a bit noisy.
Negatives:
Lots of roadworks around the hotel, which meant a few detours.

AC is loud , shower head has to be replaced .
No housekeeping is offered upon arrival since Covid it has been terrible why they can’t do your bedroom as before
