We stayed here two separate nights while in San Antonio. The first night the room was fine, definitely dated but acceptable. The second nights room was horrible! The TV was defective and the sink in the bathroom did not drain.

there was a spacious room, we had a comfy mattress and pillows, the staff on front desk was very kind, we found a clean and tidy space

the breakfast was quite poor in variety and one of the cleaners there look quite unkind, we did have too a maid who open our bedroom around 9am looking to do the cleaning cause her record showed we were leaving that day, when the check-out was at 11am but being IHG members we could do a 2pm check-out
