We did not like the breakfast. I tripped on the torn carpet in the restaurant. The scrambled eggs were runny on the buffet. The "waffles" were absolutely awful, they used shelf stable waffles and heated them through

Dirty carpets, faulty air conditioning, roaches in our room, mold in the bathroom. The swimming pool area was not inviting. Loose or missing tiles. Used towels laying around.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great view of the river from our window.
Negatives:
$21.99 for breakfast buffet per person, no complimentary breakfast offered after paying over $400/night. Also no breakfast places to eat at close to the hotel unless you want Starbucks across the street. No complimentary coffee or tea downstairs, had to pay for everything, even for a cup of hot water so I could take my meds.
