Multiple stays for business. Desk staff are wonderful! Like the breakfast and social food time, but negative is the dinner one M-Th has gone downhill. Little selection. Used to at least have raw vegetable tray offered.
Negatives:
Multiple stays, BIG problem .. (false) fire alarms going off regularly at nite, waking up to the repeated automated speaker go to nearest exit In past 6 months Ive stayed there, alarm has gone off 9 times. Always false. Dont have this elsewhere.

Staff are very friendly, but some housekeeping could be less loud. They get together in the hallways as they are cleaning. often talking and laughing loudly, and have woke me up.
Negatives:
Staff talking loudly in hall. Stayed multiple trips. Fire alarm has gone off..false alarm..3 times since Dec; speakers telling us to exit. Most recent, kept repeating, we exited about 3 am, outside in pjs. No fire truck. Employee did not notify us ok.

I was greeted with a friendly welcome to San Antonio. They even had a social hour with spaghetti dinner! I didn't expect such a nice kitchenette. Wish I could stay longer.

My only complaint was that the room smelled very musty. I just assume it's because of the heat and humidity in San Antonio. Otherwise the room was spotless. Not crazy about being on a service road either. And there was almost no parking left after 10 pm
