Beds were uncomfortable, the sofa bed was horrible, housekeeping left sheets piled up on floor instead of new ones. We arrived during a hail storm and security had their car under the overhang stood there and watched two women unload car did nothing to assist in any way, couldn't pull in under covering because they were there. And poor lighting outside at night. Bathroom door didn't lock and tub shower really needed a good cleaning and shampoo was empty.

Positives:
I liked that it had me situated with easy access to I-10, so I could get to Kerrville easily.
Negatives:
It was loud and dated. It could use an update. My room’s air conditioner was replaced with a portable unit. Fortunately, I’m always cold, so it wasn’t a big problem (other than it looked trashy), but if I needed a cold room this wouldn’t have worked.
