Perfect Spot for my travel purpose to San Antonio, loved the room Set up

The staff were not at all helpful. Our primary reason for selecting this property was the availability of an airport shuttle. We confirmed at check in that our party needed to leave at 4am and offered to take an earlier shuttle if needed. The front desk attendant did not provide any help, and just shrugged her shoulders at us. The 3:30 shuttle would not be able to fit us since others already scheduled that time. At 3:45am we were told the shuttle would be late as it was servicing other hotels. The staff member did not offer any assistance and we were left to scramble for an Uber. I would recommend staying elsewhere if you need reliable transportation to the airport. Communication from the staff was poor!

The way they charge your payment is really bad. Before I got there, I was charge $152.00. Once I got there and check in, I was charge another $177.00. We talk to the receptionist about what was going on, then she told us the previous receptionist charged it incorrectly and they would reimburse back. The next day when I check out, they charge me again another $127.00, plus $25.00, and another $2.00. My account I used to pay for this one night stayed was in -$125.00. They stated that this is just a deposit and I would only be charge $152.00, however in just one night I was charge over $250.00; they stated it would be reimburse and it was a pending transaction..... Not acceptable; you should only charge once and keep it as pending and if anything happens to the room, then you charge later after check out the right amount (BUT YOU DO NOT NEED TO CHARGE THREE TIMES THE ROOM IN ONE DAY). Not staying in this hotel ever again.....

Great room, but not Good Value. Charging is BAD.
Positives:
Everything was very clean and well kept! Lots of parking space and the breakfast was also pretty good. Tv also had cable channels.
Negatives:
Only bad thing is my restroom door didnt lock, usually not a big deal but I have a 2 year old who loves to barge in and jump in the shower no matter who is in it.
