Staff in the restaurant was very friendly but very very slow. Drinks were overpriced. Did not have a plain tea bag for hot tea in the morning and the room was very, very loud between the riverwalk and the parties going on in the atrium.

Staff sends a text message after check-in and I could use that number to ask questions: very convenient

The restaurant is not great (food quality)
No supervision at the pool: the area was mobbed by few screaming children for hours, the hot tub water was cold…overall not a relaxing environment for a couple

The staff made a mistake on my check in and said they would send me a text when my room is ready because weren’t ready. I never received a text and hours later and called and had no idea what I was talking about. So I had to go up there for a second time and see what was the issue.
