The room was NOT what I booked on booking.com. We booked a double queen with a balcony and a bathtub. The hotel doesn't even have bathtub! We got a king bed , no balcony and a dripping shower! It was absolutely NOTHING like the pictures on the site. This is the second issue I've had with booking.com in San Antonio..... needless to say I won't be using them again

Parking .. I love to stay in this hotel.... But this time we have a difficult time with the parking ...I travel with a 6 months baby and I don't like the fact to look for a parking spot in the street.

The restaurant in the hotel is terrible. They really need to revamp it. The food is terrible. We had to find somewhere else to eat. We will not be staying here again because of the restaurant.

The room and amenities were exactly what we expected. The check-in was simple and any information we needed was provided in a timely and helpful manner.
Negatives:
There is no availability for in and out parking. We had to pay a high price for parking and were not able to in and out as needed, and were put into a position to use other modes of transportation. The local water is NOT pleasant to drink, and there was no availability to purchase bottled water in the facility.
