Room was great. Clean and updated. Hot breakfast was good. Afternoon drink was a plus. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I always carry my pillow when on road trip. I did not use it here. Lobby very cozy and suitable for small and short meetings.

The free breakfast was good. And they kept it open for at least 15 minutes past the close time. Other places I've visited clean up immediately at close time.
Nice that the large TV swiveled to face the bed or the couch.
Wifi worked well.
They gave free water bottles at the front desk.
Coffee in the room was pretty good. I think it was better than the coffee they were serving at the free breakfast. And they had decaf coffee as well as regular tea but not decaf tea.
Parking was good.
Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Air conditioner - In the middle of the night, the air conditioner wouldn't turn off at the correct temperature so it got extremely cold (my face felt like ice). Once we hit morning, then it turned on and off just fine. I suppose this could be to avoid it turning off and on too much during the night (which my partner doesn't like). The air conditioner was too close to the bed which made it worse. And it was loud.
Bed/pillows - The bed was way too soft for our taste and sagged in the middle. The pillows are those extremely fluffy pillows. Your head sinks into them. Not my preference at all but some may like that.
Shower door and clothes drawers - both shower glass doors move but one of them was so hard to move, I just gave up trying to move that one. The clothes drawers wouldn't close without a big push at the end, and there were only 3 drawers for the 2 of us.
Shower water pressure was very low.
Moving through the guide on the TV to each channel is painfully slow.
The indoor pool was closed (this was April).
There was an extra business/large phone taking up space in one of the drawers. We just stashed it in the closet.
No decaf or herbal tea in the room although they had decaf coffee along with regular coffee.
Room was a bit small. I think we had a strange location at the end of a hall. Probably shaped differently than most of the rooms.
