The location was close to where we needed to go.

We tried calling ahead to confirm our stay. The staff did not know where to look for the confirmation and hung up on us twice. We ended up staying somewhere else after we read reviews and saw this location only got one star.

The pool was outdoor web site and pictures showed indoor with hot tub no hot tub as we were eating breakfast the lady was making everts waffles n wasn’t wearing gloves n turned off the lights at 9 while we were eating people were in line n she put everything up they were waiting in line to eat n she jus started putting everything up turned off the juice machine while we were eating n couldn’t get a refill cuz she said we’re done at 9 this was rude never will we stay here I understand they stop at 9 but y turn the lights off the elevators, took forever for us to get on

Positives:
The breakfast was good, it’s kept simple (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and toast), but it satisfies the whole family. The rooms are minimalistic, which is great for myself.
Negatives:
There are dead ants all over the window sill. :(
Also, the hot water didn’t work in our room, but it was fixed once mentioned to front desk. :)
