Paper thin walls- could hear the guy next door snoring. The freeway noise was loud and disturbing . Hotel is too close to freeway. 3 nights in a row I had to call front desk to complain on inconsiderate people yelling and slamming doors. The hot water in shower barely came on.

We couldn't sleep well! The room was clean and acceptable except that there was a big machinery that was turning off and on every hour (24 hours), right behind our room. The management was nice enough to offer us another suite on our last 2 nights but we declined because we didn't like alternate suite.

The location of the room was by that big machinery which was turning off and on (24 hours).

I was a little uncomfortable because they change our rooms since the first room had trash in it (dirty diaper, yogurt and more trash) floor seemed someone spilled something. Stayed in the room for more than 5hrs until I realized the trash was there. Made me think that it seemed cleaner but if that was left there they probably didn’t wash the sheets.

When I first arrived look like they have some remodeling going on. Got checked in & went up to my room, there was a strong smell not sure what it was but it didn’t smell good. Got into my room there was strings of hair on our beds… next day came from seaworld ready to shower & there was only HOT HOT water in the showers, almost took my sons skin off. It took them about 30 minutes to get the water back working properly. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on … housekeeping didn’t wanna give us any extra towels. Then only to find out I was charged for the room and an additional $211.32 pre authorization fee that they didn’t warn me about.

Location, clean, continental breakfast, friendly and cheerful employees, but most of all, the king-size room was spectacular. The parking area was the only problem seeing half of the spots were taken by storage tanks. Otherwise perfect
