I was not satisfied there was a lot of homeless people roaming around outside the door in the lobby the room smelled the sheets and the pillowcase were not clean had stains on them the tub filled up with water as soon as we took a shower it wouldn't drain when we brushed our teeth the water wouldn't go down the carpet was filthy it looked like it would give you a disease I had already paid for it it's the price was good but I would have paid three times the amount to have a better place I've stayed at other campus before and they were great but this one on I-35 and walzem I wouldn't even give it a star it was a scary experience and the staff in the morning or putting the cereals with their bare hands while wearing flip flops and looking dirty didn't even acknowledge me when I asked about where to leave the key just said throw it on the table didn't even turn around to look at me the lady that checked us in , the evening was very nice and very helpful but overall I would never stay at this place again and it was my anniversary with my wife and I wanted to give her something nice instead she was scared as well I couldn't sleep all night making sure that my car was safe outside without homeless people roaming around.

Nothing. The perimeter was trashy. There were homeless people everywhere and the property was very rundown. I canceled my reservation.

The outside area was very unappealing. I was very uncomfortable just going to reservation desk. I immediately cancelled my reservation. No way would I ever stay there. Very disappointed.

Negatives:
The room was filthy. They foor was not swept or vacuumed before our stay. There was food and hair on the floor. The air conditioner didn't work. The pictures posted weren't even close as to what the property looked like. Our room keys had to be reactivated every day upon our return. Suspected lots of drug activity going on. Toilet seat broken. Sheets were so stained that we slept on top of the comforter. No mini fridge.
