Very basic indeed, location was only decent thing.
Negatives:
Everything, room very basic and not very clean at all, breakfast was a joke, little food put out and what there was ran out with staff constantly having to be asked to replenish it. Nowhere near enough tables and chairs so you either ate standing up or took it yo your room.

Roaches due to door frame having gap. No hangers in closet for hanging up clothes. And this was our only LA Quinta stay that didn't offer a full breakfast (no eggs only boiled, no sausage).
