Negatives: That it smells like mildew...

Negatives: The fact that the staff breaks into room, steals from guests, the rooms have toilets that don't flush or sinks that drain. The room has leftover food from previous guests. The room has cockroaches. The floor had my shoes STICKING to it. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU STAY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, SAFETY, PRIVACY, OR CLEANLINESS. Staff came into my room during my stay (while I wasn't there) and took my electronics. Thankfully "track my..." exists and I was able to trace the item to the front desk. I was told "There is nothing here" countless times before showing them my tracking device. ONLY THEN did they walk into the office and say "oh do you mean this?" ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. DO NOT STAY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Negatives: It was stinky ,bed covers were stained, bed was warped, sidewalks were sticky.

Negatives: Nasty bugs

Negatives: Music neighbors behind hotel too loud

Negatives: Place looked run down, shady people hanging around. We were offered 4 rooms to look at because we didn’t feel safe next to tenants next door. One room smelled like someone smoked hash in it. Others were about the same. We chose one to stay because it was too late to cancel.

Negatives: The whole facility was run down and filthy.

Negatives: I was very pleased with the property and my stay

Negatives: you get what you pay for.. bathroom door fell off. room door had a bullet hole through it.. carpet was dirty. room smelled humid.. But what else can you expect for 56 dollars a night!!

Negatives: The room was dirty, the TV didn't work, loud neighbors, and breakfast was horrible

Negatives: not being able to check in

Negatives: We got there and we’re given a room key to a room that already had people in it so had to go back and get new room key. When we got new room, we went inside and they were burn all over the sheets and blankets. The room smelled like smoke, and it wasn’t supposed to be a smoke room, there was mold and pieces of the ceiling hanging in the corner, there is a huge sticky stain on the floor and in the bathroom, There was a chunk taken out of one of the couches, and it looked like there was a whole bunch of dried up superglue from a super glue gun on every single table in the room. Everything was dusty and had white flakes all over it. I asked them to come clean it and all they did was spray it down and not clean anything. When we checked out, they said they put us in the wrong room to begin with and I asked why the room didn’t get clean and they said that they sent a person that isn’t employee. Why would you even put someone in someone’s room that they are having all their belongings in to apparently clean and that’s a liability because they could steal someone’s stuff. Very unprofessional and very unclean and in morning, one of the Lady employees banged on the door and we were half naked in the room, trying to shower and she tried opening it with her key and opened it so I had to emergency lock it before she got in and tell her we weren’t Decent. And she said we weren’t supposed to be in that room we were supposed to be in by that time. It was already time for check out. They said they would do a full refund, but we are still waiting on it. Manager doesn’t care to read the emails to confirm the refund so I don’t know how I’m supposed to even get it back. There were also roaches and rust all in the bathroom. Urgent.
