To many homeless people who were strung out on drugs roaming the parking lot, spinning in circles and asking for cigarettes.

Our room was beat up and dirty. Never staying here again. Shower was old very tiny. Floor was dirty and everywhere was very dusty. The hotel looks very homeless and scary. Breakfast was just bread nothing special.

This 1 star is because there is no option for negative stars. Nothing was good with this hotel, probably only the location, considering we were going to assist to a graduation at the base Lackland and we wanted to stay close to the base.

Hotel is terrible, nasty, the room and bathroom were extremely dirty, there were homeless waking around the room, broken glasses, the worse place I have even been, was scary and unsaved. I spend few hours there trying to find another hotel. Want refund.
