The staff asked if I was OK with having a room on the first floor. I said that was fine. When I saw the room there was bugs and mosquitoes. The room felt muggy and the TV did not work. There was also no carpet, which is something I’m not used to, probably b/c we were on the first floor. I requested a room on a different floor and the receptionist said there were no other rooms available. Why ask me in the first place?!

The pool was outdoor web site and pictures showed indoor with hot tub no hot tub as we were eating breakfast the lady was making everts waffles n wasn’t wearing gloves n turned off the lights at 9 while we were eating people were in line n she put everything up they were waiting in line to eat n she jus started putting everything up turned off the juice machine while we were eating n couldn’t get a refill cuz she said we’re done at 9 this was rude never will we stay here I understand they stop at 9 but y turn the lights off the elevators, took forever for us to get on
