Our room probably shouldnt have been rented out!! The flooring in the room was warped and busted. The AC unit in the room had towels and a drip bucket under to catch the leak. The room smelled of mold!

The shower curtain seemed really old. There were also non-slip tub stick-ons that had peeled off but there were still remnants. The towels looked like gym towels. Very dingy.

That is it very close to the hospital.
Negatives:
The building itself is very run down .mold in bathrooms,tubs very worn , just need a good remodeling and major upgrades. Must not take advantage of the fact that it is so close to the hospital that people will stay there anyway. Last stay we had there were cockroaches crawling on us . There was alot of bugs in the room .

It is in a descent location and the outside looked clean. The front desk Lindsey was very nice and helpful also she waved my deposit for me out of good judgment and character so that was awesome of her.
Negatives:
Well the elevator button u need to push down to go up and up to go down. My room is right by the elevator so a lot of noise in and out of the elevator. I walked in my room and trash was in the drawer and the cabinets toilet ran all night
