The view and the staff was friendly

PAID PARKING!!! I spent 7 days there and the parking emptied our account and it's was ridiculous, I also got charged for the safe in the room I never used.
And the cum stains on the bed curtain was very uncomfortable also the weird brown stains on the wall of the bathroom.
One more thing was the TV so little channels and the best of them didn't work! My son was so sad that he couldn't watch Nickelodeon

The checking in process was ridiculous. We arrived early knowing we would have to come back at check in time. We did and had to wait another almost 2 hours. I thought that's what reservations were for. Disappointed Customer!

Loved the city view! Love that they have a private parking garage! They were Very friendly at the front desk but afterwards I felt that they only told us what we wanted to hear even if they were lying.
Negatives:
NO CLEAN TOWELS!! If you stay more than one day, they won’t clean your room! We have stayed here numerous times and only issue we’ve ever had was not getting a room with a view when we requested it and dogs barking at all hours but we could handle that. We ended up checking out early and they didn’t even offer any discount or anything for the inconvenience!
