The room was meant to be a non smoker's room bit it smelt so bad, cigarette burns on the side table. The beds were very uncomfortable, mattresses we thin and lumpy, no hairdryer, no clock.

Booked and paid for my reservation online through after I received my confirmation I checked my bank account to make sure that the money had been taken out which it had, upon arriving at the hotel the hotel informed me that my card had been declined. I argued my case but the person at the front desk would not budge. Upon calling booking.com the customer service rep informed me that the payment had already been approved and was there waiting for them to take. He told me to hang on and that he would call the hotel to make sure that everything was fine which he did. When he returned to the line he informed me that the person at the front desk and he gave me the front desk clerk's name said that everything was great and that we were ready to check in and just come back so we did. Upon arriving back at the hotel the front desk agent tells me again that the card was declined there was nothing they could so I walked over to the ATM machine in the lobby where I withdrew $100 from my bank account and paid for the reservation in cash. My $88 is still missing from my bank account which has not been returned yet. And from how I understand it it's booking.com's fault, because they sent the hotel a virtual card number after they took their percentage off of what I paid from my card so it wasn't my card that was declined after all it was booking.coms virtual card that was declined. So booking.com can I please have my $88 back.

Old room that smelled and was dirty. I didn't complain because I just needed a place to sleep. Bad experience but the old saying is correct . . . you get what you paid for. Never staying there again!!
