Positives:
I had a gap in which I was going from1 reservation to the next in the same day . They had my card on file and they would have been able to run it at check in time , 3pm. Instead they made me pack up my room and leave for 3 hours while they did nothing.
Negatives:
continued while they expected me to just hang out outside until 3 pm. I left and never went back. So rude and embarrassing! I thought this was a hotel employee establishment ! I will never never ever go back there

Room floor was dirty ,dresser drawers were full of trash overall the cleanliness must get better.

The manager take my kiddos out of the room
With all our stuff and leave them out even when I told her that I submitted a payment for more days tru booking she just said that she will not honored more days for us to stay cuz we supposed to get out of the room then go back after 1 when I was already there for 2 weeks with no problem

Really bad management and they will kick out for no reason
