Customer service was beyond the BEST w/hotel employee. Traveling w/my G-baby late night & she attended me @ my car to accommodate the baby. She literally walked around the parking and took us to our room in the 3rd floor. That was going beyond the extra mile

A lady working breakfast buffet was rude. This being our first time staying there we didnt know the rules. She yelled at my 11 year old & husband when they went down for breakfast. He didnt realize she was not wearing her tennis shoes. Just socks. Her approach was rude/ unprofessional.

Nothing at all. The hotel is is not of a good quality. Smelly and too much pinesol smell.
Negatives:
The walls were cracked and practically one in the bathroom has some holes.too much of cheap cleaning supplies smell as the minute one enters , the smell of pinesol is very overwhelming and it can choke you up. It's not a healthy thing. Would never stay there.

Location was very easy to get in and out of Alamo Heights. The facility seemed to have been renovated and was modern and clean. The public areas were actually pleasant, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. I was also able to work/use the internet with no problems or lag.
Negatives:
Small thing, but we would have loved a suite option with 2 beds in a room (or at least a king), but we made it work.

Very nice property. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Exceptionally clean.
Positives:
It was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very welcoming and responsive to any requests. The Housekeeping/Maintenance team were very friendly. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating and making sure food was served hot. Overall a very pleasant experience. I also love the kitchenette, allows us as guests to come home and provide for ourselves instead of relying on fast food the entire stay.

The circumstances for my stay, but they really went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as they could.
