Positives: The 1.1 mile distance between the hotel and Riverwalk was acceptable.
Negatives: $25 non refundable pet charge is ridiculous for a service dog. $50 Deposit on room instead of just holding card # for incidentals. Room key didn't work at 1st, no TV remote in room. Floor was filthy. Staff was rude at first.

Negatives: The pool was a joke. It would have been nice to come back to the room and cool off in the pool. That's the worst excuse for a pool.

Positives: The best thing about the hotel was the location. It was very close to Downtown and not far from Six Flags. The front desk receptionist was friendly.
Negatives: Pictures on the website were deceiving. Booked 2 rooms on the 1st floor, had to ask to change a room since the door didn't close. The rooms were in bad condition. The room on the 2nd floor was in better condition. The bathrooms made weird noises.

Negatives: All maids left room was cleaned but bedding not put on. The pool was very dirty. Front desk took personal call while husband and I were locked out of the room

Negatives: Not clean! Floors were absolutely filthy and gross! So dirty that we could not walk barefoot because it was turning our feet black. Not mopped nor even swept. One towel was dirty too. Bed sheets seemed clean but had unsettling stains. No breakfast.

Positives: This was the worst hotel I'd ever stayed at. The first room we were assigned looked like the door was kicked in and the repairs to fix it were so poorly done. We had to ask for another room because it felt unsafe having a door that wobbles back and forth.
Negatives: This hotel was poorly maintained or cleaned. The air conditioner stank like urine. We had to take the filter out and clean it ourselves. The floors were disgusting like no one ever cleans them. The bed sheets and pillows were definitely questionable.
