Positives:
Good size room with good size and comfortable beds with basic bedding. Everything was clean except the floor with no visible dirt but black socks when walking around without shoes. Friendly staff. The location is both good and bad. Located next to a busy highway it’s noisy but the room was well sound proofed. It’s easy to get on and off the highway. Walking distance to good restaurants and the famous Riverwalk and the Alamo. The San Antonio Zoo is also at walking distance along the San Antonio River. There was a very basic breakfast available.

We asked for a handicap room when made reservations 3 weeks before and non were available. Location was horrible. Toilet seat and shower handle were broken. they asked for a 50 dollar deposit in which I am still waiting for it. Will not stay there again.

We liked the distance between Pearl and the Rodeo. The air-conditioning was good. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The location is sketchy as h*ll. Homeless sleeping around. The shower did not have hot water (just warm). The shower head sprayed more water from the back of it than the front. The tub resurfacing was peeling pretty bad. There were rusty nails holding up the towel rack. The floor was horribly scratched up with deep gouges. The tile in the bathroom was so sticky we kept our shoes on the whole time. The window treatment had several large holes in it that had been whip stitched back together poorly. The pillows looked and felt like they were 10 years old and they were not comfortable at all. They were very grey looking. The sheets were stained with old blood.

Room 109-Linoleum floors were very dirty, toilet handle broke, comforters did not look clean. Staff moved us to 111, where floors were even more dirty, door handle kept falling off and comforters/sheets had to be changed, due to ????

It was truly yhe worst place I have ever seen. Creepy, noisy, room was pathetic and they promised a tefu d and we teceived nothing but the extra $50 for me cindentals. We did not stay even 1 night it was so awful
