The motel was dirty, the customers were dirty, weed was being smoked in some of the rooms, there was tobacco bits on the floor, the breakfast was sub par, only cereal waffles and toast. No coffee because the coffee maker was broken, no yogurt, no fruit. The setup was dirty to.

Positives:
The check in process is fast. Staff assigned me a room near the Ice Machine, which makes noises all the time. I requested to have another room, and the staff reassigned me a room far from the Ice Machine. The room is not big but have adequate facilities and devices.
Negatives:
The hotel and the room are a bit outdated and need renovation. The breakfast is basic with limited choices. Some noises from I-35 can be heard in the room. The room is not soundproof so I could hear voices from other rooms and alley.
