Nothing to like. Very dissatisfied with the stay. Because of our reason for traveling neither one of us got a restful night sleep. Too late in evening for cancellations because of policy. Non refundable after 9 pm. Was not able to make other arrangement.

Was required to pay a deposit when checking in. Not listed on the website. No signage in lobby saying so either. The room had stains on the furniture, shower curtain filthy, holes in the door, rusted hair dryer and several other issues. Not worth the stay

The location was okay by a major highway and plenty of gas stations.
Negatives:
The GM is very rude and thinks he can charge whatever he wants. The towels are dingy and stained, the curtains are so filthy they look 3 toned that they have mold/mildew at the bottom of them!! Ordinary to extend your stay you have to pay extra $25.00 upon their expensive daily rate.. Don't even think about being late to pay because there is another $20.00 late fee!! Who do these people think they are?? Is this not illegal or what?? The GM has to regard for a people... FYI: plan ahead to pay extra $40.00 deposit & $25.00 early check-in fee, a $1.50 to $2.50 for a safe charge if you use the safe or not!!

Everything. Kind, positive staff. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Big TV. Adequate air conditioning. Microwave, large refrigerator and safe. Hair dryer. Granite style tabletops. Wood style floor, not carpet. Good maintenance, mechanically and chemically. Exceptional lighting. Working smoke detector. Well planned modern bathroom layout 3 star luxury at budget price. My new choice for my visits to San Antonio.
