The front desk was VERY helpful and sweet! I checked in at 2am after another hotel cancelled my reservation without warning. The lady at the front was super nice, caring and helpful. The whole stay was nice from the check in to the housekeeping. The pool was open but cold as expected during this time of the year. I am booking this hotel again for my May trip

The location was good.
Negatives:
The room was only halfway cleaned. There was a used wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod that was covered with hairs. There was also so much hair on the pillows and in the bed that we didn't use the pillows and slept on top of the covers. I'm glad we brought extra blankets. The mattresses are also too hard.

We go in the tv doesn’t work they came to fix it but it still was going out. Only one shampoo in the room no soap or anything else. Cold no blankets. We came down for the convention center and stayed.
